Ke Xingfa (1942-), a native of Haikou City, Hainan Province, is a contemporary ink painter and a senior art education expert. In his early years, he studied painting under the painter Fu Baxiong and Wu Liquan, and went to Beijing Academy of Chinese Painting (now the National Academy of Painting) for study.

Ke Xingfa has been engaged in the creation and research of ink painting for a long time, and is good at ink painting of human bodies, dancing figures and ink fairy deer. He boldly tried to innovate in the language of brush and ink and painting theory, and expanded the boundaries of ink painting. He has held solo exhibitions in Beijing, Guangzhou, Haikou, Beihai and other places, and his works have been collected by the Capital Museum, the Academy of Chinese Painting, and institutions and individuals at home and abroad.
