Lin Yusi (born 1978, Guangdong, China) is widely recognized as one of the leading figures in contemporary Chinese ink painting. He graduated from the Chinese Painting Department of the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts and now serves as a full-time painter at the Guangzhou Academy of Painting. Lin is a member of the China Artists Association, a council member of the Guangdong Chinese Painting Society, and an external mentor for the School of Art and Design at Shantou University. Based in Guangzhou, he has presented solo exhibitions at venues such as the Guangdong Museum of Art, the Guan Shanyue Art Museum, Tokyo Gallery, and Loft Gallery in Paris. His works are held in numerous institutional and private collections.
