Rinsansan

Rinsansan is an emerging artist and researcher specializing in classical East Asian painting techniques, with a particular focus on the study and reconstruction of ancient methods. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Figure Painting and a master’s degree in Mural Art from Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, and is currently pursuing her PhD in Nihonga Reproduction Studies at Kyoto City University of Arts. Her academic work spans the fields of traditional East Asian painting, Buddhist iconography, and the historical development of visual motifs, making her artistic practice both rigorous and culturally grounded.

As an artist, Rinsansan combines meticulous classical techniques with a contemporary sensibility. Her works—particularly her Nihonga and mineral pigment paintings—are rare in the current art market, yet remain remarkably accessible in price. This combination of mastery, authenticity, and affordability makes her practice especially attractive to both new and seasoned collectors.
